Drop In.
Let Go.
Come Back Online.
YogapeutiX Stretch Therapy helps shift the body out of protective holding patterns and into a more responsive, resilient state. A single cohesive experience of guided release, assisted mobilization, and breath-led nervous system regulation.
A Hybrid Approach.
A Whole Result.
YogapeutiX Stretch Therapy is a yoga-informed myofascial reconditioning modality designed to re-pattern the body’s tight and restricted areas through guided tension and release, assisted mobilization, long-hold gravity postures, and breath-led nervous system regulation.
An embodied process of dropping in, letting go, and coming back online with greater ease, awareness, and a renewed sense of space, sensation, and flow.
By integrating these typically stand-alone approaches into a single, cohesive experience, YogapeutiX helps the body shift out of protective holding patterns and into a more responsive and resilient state.
Guided Tension & Release
PNF-inspired technique that engages and releases muscles to achieve deeper, more lasting flexibility.
Assisted Mobilization
Joint-by-joint movement with practitioner support, restoring range of motion and reducing restriction.
Long-Hold Gravity Postures
Sustained holds that allow the connective tissue matrix to soften and reorganize under gentle load.
Breath-Led Nervous System Regulation
Conscious breathwork woven throughout to down-regulate the threat response and deepen release.
Four Pillars.
One Coherent Experience.
Most bodywork disciplines address one piece of the puzzle. YogapeutiX integrates four distinct therapeutic modalities into a single session, each one potentiating the others, creating outcomes that no single approach achieves alone.
Myofascial Reconditioning
Targeting the fascial web that connects every structure in the body. Slow, sustained pressure and movement re-hydrates and reorganizes tissue restricted through injury, stress, or habitual holding.
Yoga-Informed Assisted Stretching
Drawing from yoga's deep understanding of the body in space, alignment, breath, and opposing forces, applied therapeutically with a trained practitioner guiding every movement.
Nervous System Regulation
The body will not release what it perceives as unsafe. Breath-led regulation signals the nervous system that release is possible, shifting from sympathetic bracing to parasympathetic receptivity.
Somatic Awareness
Developing your capacity to feel and interpret your body's signals in real time. Each session builds a more refined internal map, so change becomes something you participate in.
Not a Stretch Franchise.
A Practitioner.
Seattle has no shortage of 25-minute stretch studios. This is something different: therapeutic depth, clinical experience, and a whole-body method that treats you as one connected system.
One Practitioner, Every Session
You work with the same licensed massage therapist every time. Your history is remembered, your plan evolves, and nothing gets lost between rotating staff.
Clinical Depth, Not a Crash Course
A WA State licensed LMT and registered yoga teacher with 20+ years of hands-on bodywork, in practice since 2003. Thousands of training hours behind every session.
Whole-Body Time
60, 90, or 120 minute sessions with real assessment, not a 25-minute segment. Enough time to release, mobilize, regulate, and integrate.
More Than Training.
Experience.
Yogapeutix is the practice of Russell Mamorsky, LMT, RYT, a massage therapist and yoga teacher whose own healing journey shaped two decades of hands-on bodywork. His style blends deep tissue and therapeutic Swedish technique with energy work, breath, and a yoga-informed myofascial stretch method, built from thousands of hours of study and, just as much, from lived experience.
Russell holds a BA from The Evergreen State College, completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2010, and was ordained as an interfaith minister through One Spirit Seminary in 2019. Every session still starts with a real conversation: intake, assessment, and enough attention to what your body is presenting that day to adjust the plan in real time.
Techniques: Deep Tissue · Myofascial · Trigger Point · Assisted Stretching · Thai Massage · Ayurveda · Reiki · Reflexology · Acupressure
Why the sunflower? Because it doesn’t force itself open. It turns, patiently, toward whatever light is available, until opening is simply what happens next. That’s the model here: not forcing a release, just orienting the body toward what it’s already capable of.
Choose Your Depth.
Foundation Session
A focused introduction to the YogapeutiX method. Ideal for first-time clients or targeting a specific area: hips, shoulders, spine. Complete intake and assessment included.
Full Integration
The recommended session length. Enough time to move through a complete sequence: assess, release, mobilize, regulate. Most clients report the most significant shifts at this duration.
Deep Reconditioning
For complex patterns, acute restriction, or those who simply want to go further. A full-body reconditioning experience with thorough assessment and closing regulation.
